…atchSize`. Before this commit, `TestStore_LastEpochWrittenForValidators` works if `validatorsCount <= 10000` and stops working if `validatorsCount > 10000`.

Currently, the slasher is unable to detect surrounded votes if corresponding attestations are received in different batches.
This PR fixes this issue.
